1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief:

"1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for payment of salary to the petitioner from 07.06.2022 to 27.03.2023 which has been withheld by respondents without rhyme and region and further prayer of the petitioner for grant of 3rd

Patna High Court CWJC No.6517 of 2026(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 MACP in the light of statutory provisions and for the other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of facts and circumstances of this case."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the writ application stands disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation Limited (respondent no. 4) within a period of four weeks.

4. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the Managing Director of the Corporation within a period of two months from the date of its filing and the result thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

5. In case the representation of the petitioner finds favour with the respondent concerned, the consequential benefits shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of passing of the order.

6. The writ application stands disposed of.
