BAJANTHRI) Date : 14-05-2024 The present M.J.C./Contempt is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 20.07.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9137 of 2021.

2. The present M.J.C.-Contempt is filed in the year 2024. Cause of action accrued in the month of July, 2022, whereas the present M.J.C-Contempt is filed in the year 2024. In the light of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the present Contempt petition is not maintainable. Co-ordinate Bench in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha & Ors. Vs. The

Patna High Court MJC No.1326 of 2024 dt.14-05-2024 3/3 Union of India & Ors. bearing M.J.C. No. 1840 of 2023 in C.W.J.C. No. 13888 of 2016, elaborately considered Section 20 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution. In the light of principle laid down by the Coordinate Bench, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of as not maintainable, reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke fresh C.W.J.C., in accordance with law.
