JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2021 Perused the report of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya dated 09.01.2021, in which it has been stated that eight months' time is likely to be consumed for completion of the trial.
In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move this Court for grant of bail after a lapse of nine months from today in case the trial is not concluded.
