The writ application prays for a direction upon the respondents for revision of pension payable to the deceased employee/petitioner in the revised scale as recommended by the 6th Pay Commission.
A counter affidavit is filed.
The counsel for the Accountant General has produced a copy of the Authority slip dated 10.02.2015 to submit that the revision of pension payable to the deceased employee has already been granted and authorized, copy whereof produced by the counsel for the Accountant General is retained on file and
Patna High Court CWJC No.21095 of 2014 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 marked "X" for identification.
On going through the diverse statements made in the counter affidavit and the stand taken by the counsel for the Accountant General, I am satisfied, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
