Perused the impugned order dated 11.09.2015 passed by the Sub-Judge-IV, Begusarai in Misc. Case No. 09 of 2014, whereby the court below in exercise of inherent jurisdiction under Section 151 C.P.C. directed the parties to maintain status quo during pendency of the miscellaneous case.

From perusal of the order, it appears that the court below passed the order considering the fact of the case and held that in the facts and circumstances of the case, in interest of justice status quo order is required to be passed.

In such circumstances, in no case, it may be said that the order is irrational or that it suffers from jurisdictional error or that it occasioned failure of justice. Therefore, in my opinion, this is not a case for interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
