The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six accused persons are stated to have committed dacoity in the ornaments shop of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against six unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Saurabh Kumar who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 30.9.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27122 of 2021. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade and is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38848 of 2021(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 since 9.2.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Other co-accused, namely, Mithun Kumar, Dharmednra Sah and Brahamdeo Paswan have all been enlarged on bail by different orders passed by this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner being in custody for 11 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioner on T.I. parade together with grant of bail to the above mentioned coaccused, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case no. 286 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
