The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 366(A) of the IPC.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is a government teacher. The alleged date of occurrence is 03.06.2015. F.I.R. was instituted on 17.06.2015. Prior to institution of the present case on 11.06.2015 a complaint case was filed by the petitioner's side where the informant is accused. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 59/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
