Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.3039 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.275 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) (b), 37(c), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 18 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was also found in drunken condition.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
