The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 452 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(g)/38(1)(2)/30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is doing job in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. The Company has issued a certificate on 04.10.2017 certifying that at that time, petitioner was present at the project site and Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat also issued a certificate certifying that petitioner has not visited his ancestral house, which would appear from Annexure nos. 2 and 3. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
