Whatever emerges from Annexure-5, dated 18.06.2014 with regard to certain outstanding dues against husband of the petitioner, which has not been reconciled, may not become final position in view of the fact that a plea is taken on behalf of the present petitioner, the wife, that her husband was not given adequate opportunity to explain himself and offer the details of the accounting.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19820 of 2015 dt.19-09-2016 2/2 If the petitioner succeeds in establishing the reconciliation, the extent of reconciliation will also be reimbursable to the petitioner from the deducted amount.

Writ application stands disposed off with above observation / direction as above.
