The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No.381 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 332, 333, 337, 338, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act. The informant alleged that petitioner and others blocked the road by putting the dead body of the deceased who died in an accident. When the police force arrived there, the petitioner and others demanded Rs.4,20,000/- as compensation. The accused persons started assaulting the police personnel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of course named in the FIR but no specific

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for the last five months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.381 of 2019.
