The issue is limited. The claim of these petitioners for regularization has been rejected on the ground that they are over age. Since in similar identical matter this Court has remanded the matter back after quashing the order for reconsideration on the ground that over age will not come in the way of such consideration keeping in mind the circular issued by the General Administration Department dated 23.08.2014 as well as a communication/order dated 31.12.2013 which is Annexure-9 to the present writ application as well.
Let the concerned respondent consider the claim of the petitioners afresh.
Writ application stands disposed of with above direction.
