JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, on the basis of a forged certificate of Navinyatar Madhyama, the petitioner got employed in the year 2006.

It is contended that the petitioner had genuine certificate and against such decision and challenging the action of the authorities, the petitioner has already filed CWJC No.19631/2015 which is still pending before a coordinate Bench of this Court. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58497 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 petitioner, namely, Bimlawati Kumari be released on bail in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.229/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
