The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
By order dated 16.07.2019, a report was called for from the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara with regard to the present stage of trial and the same has been received.
I have perused the report sent by the 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara. It is mentioned therein that the court below is likely to conclude the trial within
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31921 of 2019(6) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 45 days.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively within two months. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
