2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. It is alleged that 20 liters of country made Chulai liquor was recovered from the bushes on the roadside and this petitioner was suspected to hide the aforesaid liquor.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge II Cum Ecise Court-I, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh Police Station Case No. 40 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
