The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhawanipur (Balia) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Purnea.

Submission is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and the witnesses have also supported the prosecution version.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48974 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
