The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the other co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 79246 of 2018 and the case of this petitioner stands on better footing. The petitioner is languishing in judicial

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S.
