The State of Bihar & Anr. 2008 (4) PLJR 817, this writ application under Article 226 of Constitution of India is not maintainable. The Court below by the impugned judgment has finally disposed a proceeding under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which is receivable.
Accordingly, this writ application dismissed as not maintainable.
Further the petitioner may pursue his remedy according to law before appropriate forum.
