The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raja Pakar P.S. case No. 153 of 2015 under Section 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police got information that somebody was firing. On such, a raid was conducted. Three persons were found sitting behind a liquor shop but they managed to flee away after seeing the police. One loaded pistol was recovered. The liquor shop owner disclosed the name of petitioner and other accused persons. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Dharmendra Kumar, whose name was also disclosed by the liquor shop owner, has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46027 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45704 of 2016 (2) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 2016 and the case of petitioner stands on same footing. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
