The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Vaishali Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341,323,354,307, 313/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are own brothers and on account of family dispute scuffle took place in which, it is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with legs and fists causing injury to the informant side.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and the informant are own brothers, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on deposit of cash of Rs. 10,000/-. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28426 of 2020(2) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020, subject to deposit of cash of Rs. 10,000/- and further subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

The deposit of cash of Rs. 10,000/- shall abide by the final outcome of the present criminal case.
