====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are accused in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020 registered under Sections 394, 411 and 414 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 04.05.2020.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer of the petitioners by contending that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24995 of 2020(4) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 petitioners were caught on the spot with looted bike of the informant. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
