This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kateya P.S. Case No.136 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with stick. He is in custody since 15.03.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
