JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioners who are in -laws of the deceased have approached this court for grant of anticipatory bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 391 of 2016 registered under Section 498-A/ 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim had received burn injury while preparing food and she was carried by the family member including husband for better treatment and firstly fardbyan of the husband was recorded in which it was stated that she received burn injury, subsequently she was carried to P.M.C.H. where she died and thereafter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46119 of 2016 (3) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 present F.I.R. has been lodged.

Earlier in this case diary was called for which has been received. On perusal of the case diary the court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal, interim order of stay stands automatically vacated.
