The writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 24.02.2014 issued by the Labour Commissioner, Bihar rejecting the claim of the petitioner for restraining respondent no. 7, to participate in the election of the union.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7220 of 2014 dt.21-11-2016 2/2 election having been held and the matter being more than two and half years old, the writ petition has now become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid the writ application stands disposed off.
