The petitioners belonging to the same family are in custody since 21.01.2019 in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.645 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the Maruti Car which was parked outside of the house of the petitioners and the petitioners were nothing to do with the said car or any matter which was

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances that the alleged recoveries were not made from the house of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, District-West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.645 of 2018.
