JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment of the Division Bench in CWJC No. 5614 of 1999 and other analogous cases, which have been heard and orders reserved, will have direct bearing in the present matter.

2. In the above view of the matter and as prayed on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with an

Patna High Court CWJC No.4565 of 2014 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 observation that further proceedings in Certificate Case No. 01/2013-14 shall abide by the final decision of the Division Bench in CWJC No. 5614 of 1999 and other analogous cases.

3. It is made clear that in the meantime, till disposal of the aforesaid writ petitions by the Division Bench, further proceedings in Certificate Case No. 01/2013-14 shall remain stayed.
