The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Obra P.S. Case No.82 of 2011 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation that the petitioner took advance of Rs.22,500/- for purchase of sports articles but the petitioner did not submit the D.C. bill.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the Headmasters have already been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is ready to deposit the amount taken by the petitioner for purchase of sports articles.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

No.25889 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.82 of 2011, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.22,500/- in the appropriate Head within one month as also the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
