The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.02.2019 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the daughter of the informant Renu Devi was married to one Raj Kumar Sao on 05.05.2018 and after marriage, the husband as well as entire inlaws family started torturing her for demand of dowry and ultimately on 11.06.2018 the informant got information that his daughter has been burnt and he found the burnt body of his daughter in the well near the house.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26269 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husbad of the deceased is in custody. Other co-accused have been granted bail by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5608 of 2019 order dated 31.01.2019, Cr. Misc. No. 7767 of 2019 order dated 11.02.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 21516 of 2019 order dated 05.04.2019.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 699 of 2018, arising out of Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018.
