The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to file a petition before the concerned court for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may surrender before the concerned court in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from today and the concerned court shall consider and dispose of the prayer of

No.2475 of 2018 (3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the same day considering the fact that the person, on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner has transpired during the course of investigation, has already been granted regular bail.
