JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015 for the offenses under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 489 (A), (B), ( C) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of the Unlawful Activity Prevention Act, 1967. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2015.

Considering the period of custody, i.e. more than 3 and half years, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in
