The writ petition does not disclose any cause of action, inasmuch as the writ petition seeks direction for future in case such eventuality arises. We do not find that at this stage, we

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
