JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on I.A. No.7301 of 2015. Heard the learned counsel for the State also. At the time of hearing of this I.A., on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I heard the application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India on merit in admission matter.

In this application, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the Court below to prepare decree and also to make available case record or reconstruct the file of the Partition Suit No.13 of 2009.

So far the relief claimed by the petitioner is concerned, the same cannot be examined in judicial side. If so advised, the petitioner may move in administrative side of the High Court. Accordingly, the writ application in judicial side, in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18232 of 2014 (4) dt.18-01-2016 Constitution of India, is not maintainable.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
