Patna High Court CWJC No.19644 of 2015 (7) dt.27-11-2017 2/3 27-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; State of Bihar and Accountant General.

2. The original petitioner has moved the Court seeking revision of her pay as per recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision Commission and also to make payment of arrears of family pension.

3. From the materials brought on record in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 today, it transpires that the authorities have already written to the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Ladania under Letter No. 1996 dated 17.11.2017, to make payment to the petitioners.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the authorities have discharged their duty and have sanctioned the due amount. Now it is for the Bank to act upon the same.

5. To facilitate matters, let learned counsel for the petitioners implead the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Ladania in the district of Madhubani as respondent no. 5. Necessary correction be made in the cause title of the writ petition during the course of the day.

6. The respondent no. 5 is directed to ensure that payment to the petitioners is made in accordance with the direction given in the letter of the Senior Treasury Officer,

7. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
