JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ghosarvey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel for the University and Mr. Ankit Katriar, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-13 for the State. Considering that the petitioner raises an issue of 1985, this writ petition is not fit for indulgence. However, since the petitioner also raises grievance regarding non-payment of salary for the period 5.1.1985 to 19.11.1985, all that this Court can do is to ask the University to examine the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
