1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The Court finds no infirmity in the order dated 24.08.2017 passed in Sessions Trial No. 379/07/186/16 arising out of Roh P.S. Case No. 19 of 2007 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nawada whereby application filed on behalf of the accused person seeking recall of the witnesses for their cross-examination under Section 311 Cr.P.P. has been rejected.
