Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for regular bail arises out of Hiramma P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021, disclosing offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2021. It is alleged that from agricultural field 20 litres of country-made liquor was recovered. The petitioner's name figured on the basis of disclosure made by a co-accused about his involvement.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Sheohar, in Hiramma P.S.
