2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 28.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 46101 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 28.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 46101 of 2023 which reads as under: "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chenari P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31131 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, dead body of the informant's son was found and subsequently during investigation has come that the petitioner had conspired to get her husband killed with the aid of 4-5 persons.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith."

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 23.10.2022 and one co-accused has been granted bail. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased who has got her husband killed through criminals.

6. This Court finds no ground to review its earlier order dated 28.07.2023.
