This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 121/13, disclosing offences under sections 419, 420, 467, 468. 471. 406, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by various orders including the order dated 19.12.2013 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 47765/2013 and the order dated 3.3.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 49055/2013.

Considering the above submissions, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6246 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S.Case No. 121/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/ court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
