This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 24.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.886 of 2022(3) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 1660 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the State furnished show cause along with order dated 05.08.2022. In the light of the aforesaid order, the respondents have complied the directions issued in C.W.J.C. No. 1660 of 2021. Hence, the present contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to question the validity of order dated 05.08.2022.
