JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 240 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that so far as the alleged amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- is concerned, the petitioner is willing to pay the same to the informant and for the other amount in question, the petitioner is nowhere responsible. Heard learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. also.

No.49429 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner is willing to pay Rs. 1,00,000/- to the informant, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the court below within a period six weeks, and deposit the said amount of Rs. 1,00,000by way of a demand draft drawn in favour of the informant and, thereafter, being satisfied, the learned Court below shall release the petitioner on bail to his satisfaction.
