The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020 (Excise Case No. 175 of 2020) for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 17.06.2020.
