The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017 registered under Sections 471, 467, 468, 406, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner illegally withdrew huge amount of Rs.39,59,238/- from Mukhya Mantri Saat Nischay Yojna, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26352 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
