The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.876 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher by producing fake certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no

Taking into consideration the fact aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
