The present petitions have been preferred for compliance of the order dated 30.7.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22332 of 2013 and order dated 30.7.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22316 of 2013.
A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 bringing on record the memo no. 1453 dated 4.5.2023 by which the claim of both the petitioners have been rejected.
Taking into account, this Court is convinced that the order stands complied.
If the petitioners, so want, can challenge the same
