The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the F.I.R named accused persons including petitioner, variously armed entered into the house of the informant and started assaulting him and when the wife of the informant came to his rescue, she was also assaulted. It is specifically alleged that co-accused Ranjeet @ Ranju

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28324 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/3 Mehto fired at the informant which did not hit him. The accused persons also sntached gold chain of the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case since he is husband of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Raj, Uganwan. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. A supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that both the parties have compromised the matter. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
