IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.5644 of 2014 ====================================================== Rajendra Rai .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ajay Kr Singh No.1 For the Respondent/s : Mr. Prashant Pratap ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears that the land acquisition reference case No.49 of 2010 arises out of a reference under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act. In the said land acquisition reference case, the respondents appeared and filed application for being added as party on the ground that they have already got a share in the property. The Court below by the impugned order dated 09.12.2013 said that the dispute regarding the shop decided finally in the proceeding after evidences are produced by the parties and allowed the application filed by the respondent No.4 and
5. Since the respondent No.4 and 5 have been allowed to be added as party only and the reference is made under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made.
Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. Sanjeev/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U T
