Admittedly the proceeding is pending before the Certificate Officer, Kishanganj and the petitioner intends to file objections under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

In case, the petitioner files objection before the Certificate Officer, Kishanganj within two weeks from today, the Certificate Officer would decide the same within a period of
