For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Chaukidar in village-Thengwan under the Charpokhari Block and Police Station in the Bhojpur district on the basis of the nomination made by the father of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid
