Case No. 84 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, with liberty to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, as the anticipatory bail petition no. 1141 of 2016 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 15.11.2016 by the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. Permission is accorded.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
