The petitioners seek bail in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 10, 13(a)(b) of the U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Moreover, no cogent material has come during course of investigation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28069 of 2020(2) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 petitioners. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 22.05.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No.19 of 2020.
